L. Bruce Rintoul
President & CEO

Bruce Rintoul, President and CEO of CEDA International Corporation, has more than 22 years of management and executive responsibilities in private and public companies with revenues in excess of $500 million. Today, he leads the CEDA International Corporation Executive team to ensure the profitability, performance, growth and safety of the organization across 30 branches in North America and the Caribbean.

Bruce has earned a solid reputation in industry as a progressive thinker. He is admired for his “results-through-people” management style and for his ability to implement processes and strategies to grow revenues and profitability. Bruce has successfully led industrial service and construction & maintenance organizations in Canada and the U.S. through critical transitional phases including start-up, growth, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization and realignment.

Before joining CEDA in 2008, Bruce was the Regional Vice President responsible for the Canadian operations of a construction equipment and rental organization with 473 branches in North America. He developed and executed strategies to improve performance and grow the business to an industry leading financial performer. Also amongst his significant previous positions, Bruce served as the Vice President of a construction, maintenance and fabrication organization and served as the CEO of four of its subsidiary companies, growing revenues from $63 million to $270 million in five years.

Bruce is a Professional Civil Engineer and also holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

Wayne Pennington
Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Wayne Pennington is the Vice President of Finance and CFO for CEDA International Corporation where he oversees all financial matters including controllers, treasury, tax, strategic planning, insurance and financial risk management. With more than 22 years of public practice and industry experience, Wayne has a proven track record of organizational leadership and change management including several mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining CEDA, Wayne was the treasurer of a multinational corporation where he completed the largest bank and bond financings in the company’s history. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

Todd Anderson
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Todd Anderson is the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CEDA International Corporation. He brings with him 30 years of industry operational, sales and marketing experience with an impressive track record of growing the business. In his previous role, Todd increased revenues from $500 million to $2.3 billion. He is highly regarded and sought out by industry for his results-driven performance.

Todd has built a strong marketing team and a comprehensive marketing plan to create new revenue opportunities and expose CEDA to new and existing markets. In his short time with CEDA, Todd has facilitated a new branding process and created opportunities to reach new global and North American markets.
